Refund & Exchange Policy
We trust that you are happy with our product(s), however if you wish to return an item for exchange please follow the instructions below;
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
If you need a different size, please contact our customer service team. We will accept returns for exchanges on products in original sale condition. All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resealable condition with the tag still attached.
Please note that items for exchange need to be returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of the product.
All returns for exchanges should be shipped to the below address with a copy of the receipt;

Please be aware that products are returned for exchange will be at your own cost for any additional shipping.
We will only be responsible for returned products once received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
In the unlikely event a product is received faulty please notify us by email or telephone as soon as possible. We will gladly exchange the product and make sure that you receive the correct item at no additional cost to you.
